Gold and Silver Club Memberships

For customers who elect for a two year supply arrangement in all three main sectors, e.g. aroma, spa & maintenance. Customers receive:

	8% discount above published quantity discount prices in those three sectors.
	Guaranteed prices for the two year period.
	*For Gold Club Members, Spa Partners will provide free dispensers and arrange, free of charge, customized logos on all dispensers.**

For customers who elect for a two year supply arrangement in one sector, e.g. aroma, spa (shower gels, shampoos, soaps) or maintenance. Customers receive:

	5% discount above published quantity discount prices in that sector.
	Guaranteed prices for the two year period.
	For Silver members in the spa sector (e.g. shower gels, shampoos or soaps), Spa Partners will arrange, free of charge, customized logos on all dispensers that customers elect to purchase*.

* Certain restrictions apply. Please inform us of your approximate monthly usage as well as quantity and types of dispensers required and we will confirm your membership status. For laser engraved dispensers, there is a one-time $60.00 set-up charge for all customers.

Other Information:

1) Custom logo dispensers refer to either mono-color laser engraved or multi-color laminated dispenser shelf quart bottles. Dispensers carry either the Spa logo or the customer logo in which case the customer supplies a digital high resolution logo.

2) Gold & Silver option memberships are available with signed agreements only. Agreements can be either faxed, mailed or emailed.

3) Deliveries are usually bi-monthly (every two months) meaning a total of 13 deliveries for the two year period, i.e. 6 deliveries x 2 years + 1 final order. Monthly, quarterly or other delivery schedules are possible. Deliveries commence on either the 1st or 15th of the month.

4) Delivery schedules should correspond to expected usage of slightly less.

5) Silver club members pre-pay for customized dispensers. Gold club members pre-pay a $100.00 refundable deposit for dispensers.

6) There is a minimum 1x4 gallon case (or 1x5 gallon cubetainer) usage requirement per month for Silver Club Members and 1 case (or 1x5 gallon cubetainer) usage requirement per month for all 3 sectors in order to qualify for Gold Club Membership.

7) Gold and Silver Membership cannot be combined with discounts, other than quantity discounts.

8) Silver Club Membership can be upgraded to Gold Club Membership within the 1st 60 days.
